b) Capt. Swain as a Vastu specialist can visit completely constructed house anywhere in India. As soon as he visits the house, he will apply his sixth sense to know the pros and cons of the house for the suitability of human habitation for the owner and his family.
c) Since it is not always possible to visit lands and buildings due to shortage of time and distance, you can submit a sketch map of your previously constructed house. He will totally scan your house design and apply Vedic Vastu rules in your design. There after he will point out the flaws and faults which had been there in your house causing loss of wealth and life. Nevertheless, he will give you written advices on how to rectify your house with minimum altercation and cost. Renovation date in accordance with Astrology will also be given.
